it's been a while that din post any blog here hehe, sry bout tat... bz watching movie at crunchyroll n class =X
Friday, we're doing salmon for pratical class... well some of them get to fillet the fish... n the chef help us portion it out.... but the thing is.. we need to grill it... n the griller is not hot enuf.. =/ so most of the fish sticked on the griller for 1st side... (not gd for presentation) 2ndly i take too much time on my turning potato... which the size slightly diff then the usual we did... so i take bit more time on tat but too much on that... sigh.. my time management not really tat gd... n really need to brush up.

Sunday, we went to buy some grocery n on our way back we went to winterlude ( celebrate winter) it's really cool there's lots of ice carving =p there's some r from our institute... haha every ice carving impressed or amazed me =p even those who r broken... it's still a very nice carving which i cant make it =p fruit n ice carving not my kind of thingy =p n nvr tot of tat either hahah

Monday, pratical class... seems it's kinda easy but i take it juz a bit easy n when serving time i went tension haha so not really tat gd for my potage( soup) n i dunno y i always 4got to season it!!! damn it.. sometime i will season it but most of the time i 4got bout it =_= n they very particular wif salt. lucky the chef din say much simple mistake for my soup haha =x

CNY is getting close... 2more days to countdown haha.. din get the chance to celebrate it this year... my 1st year din celebrate CNY since i was borned LOL cool =p i think i gonna miss those event but not much was my fav = = dun care bout it too ahahha =x anyway HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR PPLZ take care n get more ang pao this year yah... :)
