it's a pretty nice Friday night tat my frens n i went to Hanosh place for dinner or gathering after class... n Eddie made lots of sushi for tat day n all of it was very nice... he's the best chef among us... haha n experienced too =p after dinner we drank some sake, soju (korean wine) , n eric brought a red wine, slightly light... so not bad too... haha i get to drink 1 glass... always need to control myself... if not really easy get drunk =X.

saturday right before afternoon Eddie juz woke up n call us wanna join him at Korea Garden (korean BBQ restaurant) it's so different from any Korea BBQ from Msia n it's really really nice n also it's buffet =p haha not really exp too xP

Finally sunday we go to art gallery wif our roommate, Mahrie. the beginning was quite interesting... detail n realistic too there's a grape pic which look so real tat i wish i can hv them haha... after those normal but really nice pic... there goes sth tat i dun understand wad they drawing... things get bored... haha den i waited them quite long mayb 1hour... =X i cant stand it so juz sit aside n listen to my mp3 =p LUCKY GOT BRING =X

on our way back we're so hungry n went to shawarma palace for dinner, thier amount of food was HUGE haha my frens 2 ppl share 1 plate n Mahrie order away tat she can bring back n me... i finish everything there alone LOL n it's quite full hahah all of my fren r amazed xD a skinny guy can finish such big amount of food hahahha =x well the food can last me quite sometime too =D n on saturday early morning i called wei lee hehe... it's been a while too n i dunno how she know tat was me, haha o well... it's glad to hear her voice again =X anyway take care guys... cya miss u all

it's friday, after class my classmate plan on hang out in a bar or club at night, so we went for it... it's kinda nice though... get to know each other more. n some even got special abilities hahaha... like Eric he's dam gd in dancing... lol not break dance but normal club dance.. he's really gd at it lol so far i hv seen he's the best =X n too bad i cant get to drink much... n bit tired for tat night after 1 1/2 beer n there i am... lol (tired wanna get sleep) =X tat night we went home at 3am.. n when i step outside the bar it's so cold i was shaking bit haha sure is cold at night -.-

saturday night, some of the classmate ask us wanna go to chinatown 2moro... they going to buy some stuff there so... we follow them total 6 of us going there. it's a pretty nice place to buy asian food, it's consider cheap i guess. tat night after we went home we go to fren's house Eddie was cooking for us... quite nice dish, it's really gd tat we all share our exp wif every1... learned sth from other ppl... those gd 1 of coz haha n we hv some korea drinking games... n korean wine called soju (nvr under estimate that wine) haha n i nvr do =p n i can control myself wif tat too n we all end up chatting all the way to 3am again haha once again cold cold night... but the moon was pretty tat night... wish to share wif u... >< frens =")" de ="p" worries =")" any1 =")">< sigh.. no news from it yet... take care my frens cya

yest practical chef use butter to make puff pastry and normally we use pastry margerine for puff pastry in asia.. coz of hot weather... but here use normal butter... its kinda diff for the texture... n taste too n always on alert for the dough too... so yah... dunno i will make it onot... juz finish my practical class.. hvnt bake the dough though... haha hope nth goes wrong...

this morning was hving flu n lil bit sore throat... luckily mum helps me pack some medicine along =) thanks again... after a while i feeling better now... back to normal =D mayb i ate freshly baked puff pastry haha heaty =X

oya during our practical class, outside was snowing... wif some (consider) strong wind... haha not a heavy snow though but can see those snow flying around... n on our way back to apartment there's some wind... blew off some snow flakes from the top nth much juz feel like sand go thru onli =D need careful bit... n it's not tat cold 2day so pretty lucky for it =P gd luck guys... for working n study too... all da best, n happy Chinese New Year in a few weeks too haha early greet to u guys 1st~ Gong Xi Fa Cai!~ xD ciaos take care

this morning msg wif sook wan (wei lee's best fren) tried to get wei lee's hostel add... o well still checking it... n i'm waiting too. it's gd that they finish thier exam b4 Chinese New Year... too bad Canada din celebrate it haha dunno when gonna see sook wan on9 again too...=/ o well the onli thing i can do is wait for now... =(

seems like things tat she said keep repeat in my mind... cant really 4get bout it... o.O strange huh... i also wish to know it's there any thing can make me not to think so much haha... coz for me i think it's not tat nice... >< n i always limit myself for doing things... =/ quite hard to go thru sometimes... but still manage to get over it... =)

come to think of it... there's quite lot oppotunity to get a gd job at Le Cordon Bleu... like cruise, some restaurant, if it's really possible i wanna work b4 going back msia... n also try get study work at Le Cordon Bleu too... well the study work thing minimum need to get my 1st semester done... so yah... hope things will go smoothly... >< dun wanna let every1 down either...

yest practical class was quite gd... i did things well but juz the dough 4got to put 5g salt =X haha other than tat all done well ^^ i cant say i get the highest score too coz even the chef say it was gd overall i dunno how i did also rite? so wait for semester result better =) but my fren keep saying i getting high score =_= i din really did well in 1-2 lesson b4 also... -.- it's not like humble or sth, we cant count the egg b4 they hatch... tat shud b the right sentence to put i guess =X

missing some1 from oversea sure is tough... dunno i really can get thru this onot... but hope to contact wif her somehow... write letter also nvm, it take sometime to reach though at least still can contact ><>< i owe u man!! but hvnt get it yet... lol hope for the best ba... =/ everytime i heard the moment - kenny g it reminds me when i was with u... n some BoA's song too.. need to thank them for remind me of u... =)

oh.. i might request for study work too... it's kinda cool too... i can spend my time in institute... n learn more things other than class... it's pretty gd... hope it will approve me... i'll request it after my 1st semester... all my senior also said there was a very nice place to practice n learn lot stuff.. next thurs is my turn to help out the production kitchen...^.^ cant wait till then it will b a tired day though i guess it's worth it =) i heard tat there's cruise job... pretty cool dunno wad i will decide after i graduate too >< AHH... tough choice... till den i will do my best in my class =) take care!! miss you~

friday night, it's not really tat cold but the sky starts to rain when we're on our way back home... i tot it shud b snowing since the weather r cold... haha kinda strange though, o well it's not tat far away from my institute... =)

monday morning was snowing! haha it's kinda cool when the snow flakes melts on the face =p took some pic from the road it's quite a nice view but when i check it at comp... SOME ARE BLUR MY GOD T.T wanna cry le... sigh... wish to share wif frens de... =( no more le T.T!!! nvm try take it again...

the class r pretty cool in Le Cordon Bleu =D n nice classmates too... haha gladly ^^ somehow most of us din get to finish in time... (need work hard on tat) organization sigh... suddenly so tension bout those stuff... i usually get used to those things, i guess quite sometimes din work out =X ush ush gambateh ne!... haha take care my frens... miss you!!

it's a very peaceful saturday afternoon (frens went out buy stuff n i din follow haha) watching movies... n my ears finally can rest hahaha coz most of the time they like to argue wif small things... as usual... sigh well nvm tat... i guess i will get used to tat soon =(... see or hear them also makes me think of wei lee >< why leh? =/

evening the apartment building got a party it's like get to know each other in the whole building it's really cool although i always silent (usual me) well it's an eye-opener too get to know more ppl here haha hmm... 1-2 days b4 temperature starts to drop but 2nite i went outside onli wif T-shirt n pants of coz xP not really cold n can see clear sky wif stars... =D long time din c any star in msia le... so happy can see here >< reminds me of the days i wake up early for basketball when sky still blue... n full wif stars... wad a beautiful view... =) nvr 4get bout it n of coz the day i asked her to take a view on the sky too haha

Sunday, din folo my frens again =x stay at apartment WATCH ANIME!! haha so enjoy =x juz noticed You are under arrest tat anime so nice but gonna remove soon in Crunchyroll T.T hope can find tat anime... haiz, y almost all nice anime licensed? T_T WHY.... anyway TAKE CARE MY FRENS!!!

on 1/1/2008 new year tat day on toronto got 1 girl was murdered by the street... it makes me so sad all of the sudden... the ambulance can't reach coz mistake on the street... kinda messed up also... sigh really really sad bout her... she's onli 14!! such a young age... n on new year... sigh... i wish i could go to her candle-light pocession till i saw the newspaper, it really hv a big crowd there hope she can rest in peace... =( n the guy who killed her get caught n be punished to w/e the law will do wif it... sigh.. till now it still in my mind

well there's gd news at my apartment here... the building held a party on sat, it's like get-to-know each other in the building which is pretty cool bout it... can't wait till tat days... it seems like the temperature it's dropping again, during our way to supplement shop, we felt it... haha so yah gonna get prepared for the cold liao lu... =) stop here 1st hehe dunno wad to write liao... anyway take care ya my dear frens!

New Year Eve In Canada
It’s a very cold snowy morning in Canada wondering how she celebrates New Year last nite in Malaysia…. This morning was snowing not heavily luckily =) when me n my frens take a walk to other place, I feel like I walking in snow powder… very soft comfort but need to careful also haha it still snow.. quite slippery if not careful so yah… I went out to balcony for a view.. not a very nice view tho but satisfying haha… last few days I went out to balcony for breakfast juz wif normal cloths well it’s cold of coz but it’s kinda fun too =x cool experience.

Most of the time I tot bout her… which is not a very gd thing yet… I guess. Juz been here for few days n missing her like crazy oredi… dunno how I gonna survive for 9 months or so… O.O tat sucks.. =( n every time I saw Dior I think bout her also… tat she went for part time job b4 starting her course >< let’s juz hope I dun think tat much when my class start. Hope tat would b better… 9months to 1 year time… can’t say too long nor too short but I willing to take tat challenge. I gonna work as hard as possible my parents uncles n aunties, cousins n frens also hoping to see me in tat time. Can’t give up so easily either haha I guess the pain of missing some1 will still b there n I also dunno when it will gone or anything coz I tot of her relationship gonna b a long 1 or forever too… well here got some pretty girls too but juz can’t do it haha (same old form2) =P mayb Chinese will b better to communicate here lol or can say they’re not my type?... wont know till I figure it out… (gimme some time) haha I’ll try to tell u next time ^^


Wad is happening?
Most of the time I really dunno wad my frens who go to Canada wif me = =. They like to argue lot n lot =/ but after a while back together (a guy n a girl) haha I dun think I need to explain bout it more… but if wanna apologize y wanna start it in the beginning? Correct huh? =x haha n every time they argue, I onli kept silent = = well sometime I will cool down their temper also… din actually helped lol

1 thing I notice bout Canada here or mayb same goes to other country… they very polite n friendly it’s like every1 jokes around doesn’t matter… so it’s cool quite fun living here too… their item such as comp or electronic shop (large 1) all item very neat n tiny not like Malaysia haha such a huge diff. (no wonder overseas r improving so much) xP but cant change Malaysian style also so… can’t help much haha wish to stay in Canada but wish to see her more =x n I promise her I gonna back too >< can’t break it hehe

1 thing in Canada it’s far much better to hv a vehicle wif u lol if wanna go buy stuff for daily use… n huge amount the store r quite far from my place tat I lived we take omos $20 to reach there… n there’s a Boxing Sales like around 1st of November to 31of December most of the item discount 50%-70% n it’s in everywhere but sadly we onli got few days to buy those stuff.. so din get much.. but my fren get a very gd desktop.. AMD dual-core, 3GB ram, n 400GB memory, licensed software, printer too n its like around RM 3k plus… it’s a very gd deal too… but dunno it’s gonna get tax for bringing back to Malaysia. McD in every country got their diff style as we know… but in Canada amazed me… they more on Arab style, n I saw lot of shawarma shop along the street… quite shocking ><

It’s 3rd day since I reached Ottawa, but the sleeping time still unstable haha rest not tat much can’t find the reason… I tot during winter time gonna rest longer hours. O well I’m too energetic I guess haha, too energetic on missing her =x din expect I did more than wad I written in sms haha


Days without connection
It’s been 3 days without connection since I lived in hotel which hv Wi-Fi. Try think bout a guy omos on9 everyday n most of the time chatting in msn last few months n suddenly puff no more connection lol feel the pain =( anyway it’s new year 2day… shud b happy hehe early morning in Canada start to snow again.. but it’s much heavier than yesterday so glad tat we made it yesterday on the last day boxing sales. Can’t say it’s not a bad deal though n quite benefits lot too. =x too bad we can’t carry tat much onli got 3 person n 6 hands summore we take cab to the place… hving limited usage need go for few rounds if got other chance ^^ I think I still can’t suit the time in Canada although it’s oredi few days in here… other ppl sleeping I was kinda awake oredi n it’s midnight here haha lucky got labtop if not I gonna die for boredom xP

Talk bout the snow… it’s pretty cool to see those flakes flowing down from the sky got big n small pieces… yesterday when we’re on the way to get cab I take some “virgin snow” can actually see abit of snow flower not too clear of coz I’m a normal human also ma right? Haha it’s really nice hope can share this wif her… wont know there’s any chance for tat or not… nvrtheless MISS U! haha it’s been hours snowing since morning… wondering when it will stop I wanna go out take a look how’s the view… but lazy wanna wear all those winter wear so din make it n the weather seems getting worst too o.O dun even think bout the 30days of night they walking in BLIZZARD! n it’s located in Alaska =x lol

Juz found out her favourite song… relaxing =) juz like I listen to Kenny G’s music… always cool me down n think bout the moment wif her too… thanks Kenny… he’s a very very gd musician I can say… >< can’t deny see his album u will know oredi =x hehe I guess I got into the worst… keep missing here badly aww… =/ 3more days to orientation… hope tat will keep me bz for a while den… hehe n also wondering when will the connection come… since we registered a line… sigh… miss those days chatting wif youyun… it’s been quite some days din chat wif her le… n dunno how’s she wif wei chen… hope nth get bad =) juz like wei lee n her bf… I guess… (guess onli) =_= oh ya 1 last thing HAPPY NEW YEAR TO MY FAMILY N FRIENDS =D dunno wad to write le… gonna check wad’s gonna cook for lunch here… stop right here 1st… ^^





FREEZING DAY
2nd Jan 2008 we went out for some supplement on the way there was totally freezing… temperature outside was -19degree Celsius (few degree lower than walk-in freezer) -.- my face was like frozen n we take few stop in the shop few times for warm up too… n it’s our 1st time to stop few times for warming.. haha so my advise dun try it =x unless u really wanna try out sth very very very thrilling lol n exciting mayb >< my ears r painful coz of the coldness even wif the cap covered.

Lucky my room not really tat cold… although the heater not working well gonna check bout it. N still no connection till 2day… mayb the connection came on 4th Jan midnight here… gonna wait for it no matter wat haha. Hope everything is fine at Malaysia… Fei (roommate) says tat Dr Chua tio scam n forced to resign on tat reason too… gonna check tat out a.s.a.p wad’s happening in Malaysia and ya… ppl in Canada r really nice warming too… but still got some1 wanna try scam either it’s worldwide… lol on our way back there’s a lady asking for money to go to some place… some citizen tell us no need to care bout it so yah… haha think bout it… this kind of thing hardly happen in Malaysia (tell us to ignore it) =x

Its working days… n can’t chat wif youyun coz of connection sigh… but the day we get connection it’s the day we going for orientation too… hope tat din brings me down hehe well’s juz a orientation wont b lot things I hope… things gonna start on 7th Jan wont know how bz I gonna b n the timetable too… juz now got few class in a week though n hope tat gonna get me bz for a while… hehe gonna stop right here 1st… take care!!

ANOTHER COLD DAY
Class starts 2moro not really get any exciting or sth…. Mayb bit worry =x haha n the connection day which all my roommates r really wish to have it too lol N the weather outside still remain tat cold but not tat windy luckily. We got a new roommate at our apartment, n she’s a local doing sth like practical well… I also try to catch her words sometimes >_< hope I get better by times come =x so far I understand those promoter n other ppl speaking unless they speak French =_= wish I know juz few words during college days sigh haha last few night still the same sleep quite early… then end up wake up in midnight in Canada playing freecell, which break my very own record 16 win streak haha unbelievable so hard to reach there den my brain power went out…

After our breakfast we go for some supplement again to top up some too… we went to something like a souvenir shop and bought a key chain for her n my dad too. N bought some CD which is still on sales and it’s really really cheap… hope my parents dun scold me for tat… coz. It’s so boring here tv wif onli 1 channel and no internet… although I brought RA2 n Diablo2 but ONLI Yuri’s Revenge can play… I might gonna repeat the campaign on hard mode again = = I dunno y RA n diablo’s cd juz can’t b read in this labtop… argh… n 1 more thing I din copy ANYBAND – promise u into my mp3!!! OMG!! Lucky got Kenny G n of coz some BoA’s song hehe if not I scare I cant survive much here without internet n sth to do other than sleep which is a very very last choice for me and I can’t sleep if I not tired so yah rather dun choose it xP man this labby can’t stand for even 1 hour without electric charge =/
This afternoon I done another rather stupid or lazy haha I throw the rubbish to outside the apartment not far away n I juz dress normal T-shirt n long john onli lol not tat cold in the afternoon still can hold up for few min there… hehe hope my parents din see this or else I’m doomed.. Anyway I still doing fine here nth much going on yet… but class gonna start next week… I wonder how’s dexter’s acceptance letter’s going o.O he hvn’t getting it when I left… sad fella lol n wei lee’s final year on nursing course… hope she can make it… I know it’s a very tough course n I can’t help much too plus bothering her quite some time n think lots of nonsense when I had nth to do here again lol =x n Justin Tie hope he’s fine by now… at least still frens =) tat’s wad we always tot bout hehe ah… quite long blog this time gonna stop here 1st ciaos!!

Orientation day
This morning I did manage to wake up bit late… around 6 haha after breakfast my head bit dizzy so went back to sleep feel better after =) Le Cordon Bleu’s orientation was excellent more than wad I expected n the temperature start to drop oredi… wont b tat freezing on the way to Le Cordon Bleu… the news says it’s the anniversary snow rain last 2 days… (no wonder so freaking cold) n the knife set tat we bought in Le Cordon Bleu was far far much nice than KDU =.= almost got everything we needed in kitchen in tat kit so cool.

Even the chef here r cool, got 1 chef really looks like ratatouille’s imagination chef… there are 11 chefs in total at Le Cordon Bleu all of them hv a very nice exp background too such as work in best hotel or restaurant b4 or sth like tat… and 1 chef from Philippine his carving skills although I hvnt seen yet but I bet it’s among the best also… he won lots time in ice carving too… gonna hv the chance to see it too… hehe Le Cordon Bleu gonna celebrate winter soon, there will b some ice carving there wont going to miss it… I’ll try my best to get as much pic as possible ^^ share wif u guys ;)

Its 4th Jan oredi but the connection still din work yet… need to wait till Monday to ask for assistance in Canada quite particular in working days like Sat or Sun most of them din work so we’re forced to wait for 2more days then…

Days go by
Another day without connection my fren called the service center this morning but still din work… the onli manage to come on Monday so… still 2 more days to go… sigh.. boring day without any connection. (no connection = no internet = no IDD card = no calling) lol so many things can do on9 =/ n of coz gaming lol I totally bored with yuri revenge coz they know my tactic (even comp know my tactic “speechless”) -.- can’t win them anymore… argh n tat’s the onli game I can play RA 2 installed cant read after tat =_= Diablo totally can’t read also sien sia… wish to call her too >< wanna know wad’s going on around too =x

I juz notice 1 thing from my frens they playing with trust… which I not really happy with it… if u know wad I really mean… ppl gave u their trust n u fooling it around… whispering here n there… y dun juz say it out?... am I right? Or mayb I juz see some part of it… dun care le = = lazy to know tat Well I not the 1 who always speak out n not much prob with it also… tat’s y I din speak out much in other words I not really tat care bout those things I juz wanna settle things here study hard finish my course den plan for work till student permit over den go back to see her… hopefully her graduation too.

1 more thing tat they always keep argue… I can’t hv a peaceful day =( dunno how to stop it so nvr try bout it…or its another thing to improve relationship its argue? =_= sound so… weird =x I juz stay away most of the time… they walk in front I juz stay behind make sure I din listen to anything, they not gonna drag me in it also so yah din care bout it, stay behind some distance then think bout her.. =/ youyun I dun think I can 4get bout it… it juz can’t let go… T.T I feel sry for her also >< keep disturbing sigh… it hv quite some gd chance to work here mayb after my 1st sem which is dam nice… not gonna miss it if there’s any chance bout it n mayb after my course work for a month den go back… juz beginning of Jan but miss her quite lot also dunno wad to do n I always call my brain like for god shake let it down for a min plz =x silly me huh… always keep writing blog tat can’t b posted yet… till now quite few page oredi.. let’s juz hope on Monday it works… if still no connection I would rather die here =x
The day b4 class starts (Sunday)
Here I am sitting in front of my labtop… from midnight till morning den breakfast after tat continue again hours of freecell den lunch till the sky gets dark again… wad a Sunday I hving here haha n no connection… (dying) it shud b on Monday in Malaysia mum n dad shud b wake up by then n En too mayb wei lee too =x wish to call them once I get IDD card asap >< dunno how’s things going there in Malaysia… n most of all I need let my parents know my bank account num n add here =/ still need to wait 1 more day… sigh but luckily 2day going quite fast dunno y but it seems to be like it hehe gd for me =p

My other housemate bring her bf I guess she’s a local sigh… 2 couples here (wish to close my eyes n ears) haha mayb tat’s the reason I was in my room all da time on Sunday well nth much happens juz normal things onli =P. Dunno how long I can call thru IDD card also… really really need a connection asap T_T it’s killing me either… =x anyway I hope I can post these blog into my blog asap too =D quite few number here… =x


1st class day
It seems the temperature start to drop lot… the snow starts to melts oredi n not tat cold too… but the view quite nice though see thru straight road to far end got some haze wish I had taken tat pic… (too bad din bring my camera along =x) in the afternoon we’re back waiting for the technician come our apartment to fix the internet but it din make it… he came here too early while we’re hving class during tat time quite sad… miss youyun lot… wish to chat wif her now… n she juz started work an hour ago onli ><

2nite dinner was quite nice, my fren roast some chicken legs n other get salad… haha hv some time din eat those things oredi… it’s pretty nice too. During my practical class I accident touch my knife n I get cut -.- well it’s new though haha I get cut by my new knifes twice from the 1st day I used… during training I open my paring knife also same n 2day was the 2nd time o.o but the gd thing is the chef say my vege cutting quite gd… kinda glad to hear it but it does get lots trimmings haha =x (as usual) 2day I lose quite some blood too… lol when I was throwing rubbish I fall down get few small cuts plus this afternoon’s cut which bleed quite some time =x dunno is this call (xue guang zi zai) haha ask some Chinese fren if they can translate for u if dunno bout it =) well I gonna get some sleep soon… tired day plus fell down lol xP ciaos…

Dying for connections
Morning we went for supplement again but lot on sales item like Giants those store… item sold out. (aww) haha so din get to buy much… back n wait for technician to fix the telephone line… from 12 till now 2pm no1 yet… mayb need to wait till next session which is 6pm sigh… miss karyee too but all the time miss wei lee the class not very close though onli Monday Wednesday n Friday got class. Still ok coz we need to wash cloths also sometimes hehe but wad we heard from the seniors we need to turn 70potatoes or turnip for exam things or sth like tat… my god once we get the lesson gonna chip in money to buy lots of potatoes for practice. Oh n I bought some paper n envelopes prepared for writing letter for her de… but no IDD card yet can’t get her add T.T god help me omos middle of Jan oredi.

N I dun think I gonna watch latest movie for these 9 months also, since not really on the mood for it n saving =D
