sry for din update my blog for quite long times =x here it goes... during my way to class...on the top of the building there's quite large piece falls... den i was stunned for a while n gladly that we din take tat road which we usually took hahahah if not i might end up in hospital for few days too o.O

if not mistaken last 2 week's or last week Friday our class hv offals on practical class which is animal organs... E.G. brains, kidney, liver lol i onli can say tat... kidney hv quite a heavy taste... makes u wanna vomit =X others... not much taste but the brain texture... like ppl said it's very soft =) well i'm glad i get the chance to taste those...

last few practical chef says tat our group is getting better as in work as a team/ teamwork which is very glad to hear it. n every1 did a gd job on tat day.. and the chef was very happy :D but for the last 1-2 practical class i screwed up abit... which is my simple mistake tat shudn't hv done it... it wasnt i din pay attention during the class or mayb the chef is right the mistake that omos every1 did for the meat... well i hope i din make any small mistake again... ><

few days b4 was valentines day... n amerce had a gd time wif the girl he admire... well gd for u man... i'm happy for u too... haha wish i will have those time again... and i also dunno when it will come or will it come... sigh... things tat always in my mind... running round n round... but the time pass quite fast here... it's middle of Feb oredi :D anyway gonna stop here... haha hope i din wait to long for next blog =X haha take care guys... miss u!!!
