yest practical chef use butter to make puff pastry and normally we use pastry margerine for puff pastry in asia.. coz of hot weather... but here use normal butter... its kinda diff for the texture... n taste too n always on alert for the dough too... so yah... dunno i will make it onot... juz finish my practical class.. hvnt bake the dough though... haha hope nth goes wrong...
this morning was hving flu n lil bit sore throat... luckily mum helps me pack some medicine along =) thanks again... after a while i feeling better now... back to normal =D mayb i ate freshly baked puff pastry haha heaty =X
oya during our practical class, outside was snowing... wif some (consider) strong wind... haha not a heavy snow though but can see those snow flying around... n on our way back to apartment there's some wind... blew off some snow flakes from the top nth much juz feel like sand go thru onli =D need careful bit... n it's not tat cold 2day so pretty lucky for it =P gd luck guys... for working n study too... all da best, n happy Chinese New Year in a few weeks too haha early greet to u guys 1st~ Gong Xi Fa Cai!~ xD ciaos take care
